After all required documents are signed, and or received back to us with payment for our services and court costs, we will immediately file you case and serve the tenant(s).

Flat rate price of $225.00 (plus standard court costs which start at $185.00 for one tenant and go up $20.00 for each additional tenant). If Sheriff’s Office services are required to serve the Writ of Possession, an additional cost of $97.00 will be incurred.
